  • Corriemoillie Substation Extension Pre Application Consultation

    Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) Transmission is holding a drop-in Pre-Application Consultation (PAC 1) exhibition on our proposals to extend the existing 132kV substation at Corriemoillie. To support the connection of renewable developments in the area, we are required to extend the existing platform at Corriemoillie 132kV substation. This will allow for the installation of an additional bay to accommodate new electrical equipment.

  • Shetland 2 HVDC Link – Marine

    Aberdeenshire

    A follow-up Shetland 2 HVDC Link consultation event will take place at Portsoy Church Centrel to present more detailed information of the marine elements of the project. Building on the initial event held in June, this session will provide updated details on the proposed subsea cable routes and landfall options on the Scottish mainland, including how environmental and technical factors are being considered.
