Proposals for critical electricity network upgrades in Argyll and Kintyre submitted to Ofgem

SSEN Transmission has submitted to the energy regulator, Ofgem, a Final Needs Case (FNC) for proposals to upgrade the electricity transmission network in Argyll and Kintyre, supporting the increase of new renewable generation in the area.
